Photovoltaics: new incentive rates

L 'Authority for Electricity and Gas adopted the ARG / elt 181/10, including Annex A, setting the terms for the payment of tariffs provided for in tariff for photovoltaic entering force on 1 January 2011 . This in implementation of the Decree of the Minister of Economic Development, in consultation with the Minister for the Environment, Land and Sea August 6, 2010, for the purpose of promoting the production of electricity by the photovoltaic conversion of solar energy.
In short all responsible parties who wish to take advantage of incentive rates and the premium under the same ministerial decree must state that:
respect requirements for eligibility for the incentive rate set by the Ministerial Decree 6 Aug. 2010;
have the ownership of the property where you installed the system or have permission signed by the owner or owners;
be in possession of all authorizations necessary for the construction and operate the plant, within the constraints of architecture and landscape, the existing legislation on safety during construction activities and operation of the plant and associated services.
provide, in order to complete the process started with the resolution ARG / elt 173/09, which, as of November 15, 2010, the responsible parties are required to use the information portal designed by the GSE to to sign up, enter data of your system by computer and transmitting the necessary documents.
A tight set of rules also sets the stakes for the actors involved in the plant.
The same act provides, pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, paragraph 3, of the ministerial decree of 6 August 2010, that the photovoltaic systems which are responsible for local public entities or regions, and entering operation by December 31, 2010 are considered to fall into the type of photovoltaic system in Article 2, paragraph 1, letter b3) of the Ministerial Decree of 19 February 2007; or type in "building integrated photovoltaic system."

Other interesting news:
The energy bill promotes the replacement Eternit with photovoltaic recognizing an increase of 5% of the rate (10 % next year) for photovoltaic systems on buildings made to replace asbestos roofs containing asbestos or otherwise.
From December 1st to the GSE requirements (energy services manager) will be telecommunication services, it simplifies the bureaucratic
To simplify access to Photovoltaic Energy Bill, from 1 December 2010, the GSE start the new electronic procedure that allows all owners of photovoltaic systems to apply incentives in a more simple, fast and economical. The only means of information significantly reduces the time required for admission to the Energy Bill and increases the efficiency of the service. Access to tariffs is in fact only through the web portal www.gse.it and all documents needed to apply for the incentives are sent to the GSE exclusively by electronic means.
