In light of the above leads to the consideration that the City and its directors have substantially "covered " Over the years the failures of the Consortium COGE enabled it to regularly collect sums for the services under the contract but never actually played or activated, probably by virtue of the fact that the company has always allowed them to manage the recruitment of employees on the basis of "needs party" and not because of real need or the material needs of most citizens unemployed and / or have-nots.
Obviously, the result of this situation is identified in an illegal profit made by the Consortium COGE and consequent damage to nature materialized state representative for the municipal coffers and is detrimental to all citizens resulting from the services paid for but never received.
Therefore the undersigned propose complaint / lawsuit against persons to be identified by justice, for all crimes, to be identified by justice, emerging from the above, and formulate instance of punishment against those that will be identified as responsible for them.
The leaders also thought it could qualify, as citizens of the City of Ugento, people offended by the offenses alleged in the facts described under Article. 408, paragraph 3, Code of Criminal Procedure state that they wish to be informed about the possible closure of this.
