Hello everyone, these days I am dedicated to virtualization to revive some network service that has failed lately.
The point of this post is to install win XP on a virtual machine with vmware server 2 (the free version, of course): this requires a little post as the normal installation of XP on a virtual machine "standard" does not recognize the (s) disks (virtual, of course).
The solution to this problem is exceedingly simple: just go to the "tab" of the virtual machine (web interface) on which you plan to install windows and change the "SCSI controller" from "LSILogic" (usually defaults) to "Buslogic" .
