Confirmed deduction of 11, 50% for contractors comply with contributions and the safety rules at work. This was stated by the circular 7 / 2011 INPS, incorporating the contents of the DM October 4, 2010 providing practical instructions for the use of bonuses.
The decree, issued by the Ministries of Labour and Economy, confirmed the reduction of 11 contributions, 50%, introduced by Law 341/1995 , for tax returns relating to ' year 2010.
The facility consists of a reduction on the contributions paid by employers and refers only to the workers busy with working hours to 40 hours per week. The contribution is excluded from the discount attributable to the pension fund employees.
Note Inps confirmation, finally, that the recovery will be made within 16 days the third month following the enactment of the circular.
As noted by INPS and the recognition of the reduction will be made to pay the verification procedure of the flow Uniemens.
The circular also highlighted the requirements for access facilitation.
L.248/2006 As required by, the employers will have to be in possession of the requirements for certification of regular contributions (Durch) also by special speakers.
Other provisions are in L.296/2006 which requires all workers who wish to enjoy the benefits of regulatory, compliance with the agreement and that the conditions of regular contributions certified by Durch.
Companies should not also have a conviction by a court for violations in the field of health and safety at work, at least in the five years preceding the date of application in practice.
